We produce shafts, bushings, flanges, pins, fixture bodies, connecting plates, adapter parts and revision components, including cylindrical and tapered shaft parts and fixture bodies with slots and pockets.
On the turning side we handle internal and external diameters, facing, grooving and threading; on the milling side, face milling, slotting, pocketing and hole positioning. The sequence of operations is planned around the function of the part.
Critical dimensions are verified with in-process checks, and conformity to the drawing is checked again at final inspection. For projects that require it, we provide a measurement report, packing list and process notes.
When a revision is needed, we switch quickly to the updated drawing and put the new production plan into action without delay, keeping communication transparent from order intake to shipment.
