On our universal lathes we carry out cylindrical, taper and face turning, internal turning (boring), metric and imperial threading, internal and external grooving, and bushing and flange turning.
We machine carbon steels such as St37, St52 and 42CrMo4, AISI 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel, aluminium alloys, brass and bronze, hardened and quenched-and-tempered steels, as well as PA6, PA66 and UHMW polyethylene.
Yes. We can handle a single critical spare part as well as small series. We aim for short lead times on prototypes and spares; the exact time depends on the part and the scope of work.
A technical drawing or a sample part is enough. Our experienced operators can work from either, and after evaluation we will send you a production plan and lead time.
