On vertical and horizontal milling machines we carry out face milling, open and closed pocket milling, slot milling including guide slots and T-slots, profile milling, drilling and reaming, and tapping.
We produce fixture and jig bodies, mould plates and mould bases, machine housings and frame parts, pneumatic and hydraulic blocks, connecting plates and adapters, and custom guide and sliding surfaces.
We machine carbon and alloy steels (St37, St52, 42CrMo4), 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel, EN AW-6082 and 7075 aluminium alloys, brass, bronze and copper alloys, and PA, PE, PTFE and POM engineering plastics.
We routinely produce in tolerance grades IT7 to IT9. Parts are made to drawing, and a measurement report can be provided on request.
